In tourist season (July and August), the hiring is carried out firstly by fortnight.
Final cleaning is obligatorily carried out by the person in charge of the maintenance of the farmhouse. +150€
Only the covers of mattress, the feather beds and the carpets of bathroom are placed at the disposal by the owner. The tenant will undertake to bring the bath and sheets necessary to his stay, as well as the essuies of kitchen. It there with the possibility of renting the sheets at the agency of maintenance.
